"As someone who was hesitant to try physical therapy, I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Boyd and his staff. After experiencing shoulder pain for over 3 months, I finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Boyd after he was recommended by a coach at my CrossFit gym. He wrote me back immediately, asking questions to determine what may be wrong and how he could help before I even stepped foot in his office. He squeezed me in that week, even though he was already booked. From the first appointment, I felt comfortable and I loved the fun, caring, and inviting atmosphere. “When I started at Trifecta with Dr. Justin I had basically no range of motion in my neck and my left shoulder.. I couldn't sleep and daily living tasks were so painful and working out was becoming harder and harder, I have been to numerous physical therapists and had an injection in my neck and in my shoulder (neither of them helped) ... within one week of me beginning my PT I was almost pain free.. fast forward over 2 months later.. I'm now pain free altogether.. I'm back at my workouts and feeling great ( just weakness from being out of gym due to covid). The level of treatment I received at Trifecta was amazing.. As someone who has been in and out of surgery’s for the last year trying to fix a particular knee injury, I have been to many PT places all who give you the same exercises and shove you out the door the second your time's up.
