Dr. Brielle Oden is a Sports Physical Therapist at Trifecta who is passionate about helping athletes of all skill levels recover from injuries and return to the activities they love. She develops individualized treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, strength training, and sport-specific exercises to support each patient’s performance goals.
Dr. Brielle earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Arcadia University in 2025. During her doctoral training, she completed a six-month clinical rotation at Trifecta, where she received valuable mentorship and hands-on patient care experience. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Howard University, where she served as President of the Pre-Physical Therapy Club.
With a competitive background in field hockey and track and field, along with experience playing lacrosse, tennis, soccer, and basketball, Dr. Brielle brings a diverse athletic perspective to patient care. Her athletic foundation helps her stay connected to the active lifestyle her patients strive to maintain and create a fun rehabilitation environment. She currently enjoys golfing and bowling recreationally to stay active.
In the future, Dr. Brielle plans to pursue residency training to become a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
