COO, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
Cameron Meiswinkel is the Head Performance Coach and Chief Operating Officer at Trifecta. He works with our athletes for Sports Performance, as well as our rehab clients as they transition back into their sport. Cam is a former basketball coach/trainer, and he currently helps run TME Social Sports, a local adult basketball league. Still an avid player, Cam works heavily with our athletes on achieving their goals for rehab/performance.
Cam graduated from Rowan University with a journalism degree and has a background in teaching and small business. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentialed through the NSCA, the nation’s leader in strength and conditioning.
