For Athletes Injured While Playing For Their School
Many schools offer school insurance policies for their athletes. If your child suffers a school injury, then the school’s insurance may cover some of the costs in conjunction with your primary insurance. Be sure to check with your school about their specific procedures, but in most cases you’ll need to provide us:
An Accident Claim Form - Your child’s athletic trainer should be able to provide you with an accident claim form. Fill out the form and bring it in or fax it to our office at 856-230-7164.
For College Students Away At School
We firmly believe in communication with parents throughout the rehab process. Our staff will verify your insurance benefits and answer any questions you have before booking your child an appointment. Our therapists are always available for discussion on your child’s progress and what their goals and treatment plan are. We want parents to be involved in the rehab process! You can serve as a powerful source of positive reinforcement for your child and we want you to feel completely confident in your child’s recovery.
